r e RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF $4 , 900 , 000 IN
O 0ESSENTIAL CORPORATE PURPOSE GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS IN
FISCAL YEAR 1990 FOR THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the City Clerk/Auditor is authorized to issue
$4, 900 , 000 in Essential Corporate Purpose General Obligation Bonds
in Fiscal Year 1990 , previously approved on February 21 , 1989 , by
Council Resolution No. 1989-69 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized to levy, certify and file with the County Auditor, the
necessary property tax assessment sufficient to pay the interest
and principle of said bonds and this Resolution, pursuant to
Chapter 76 of the Code of Iowa.
