H• H RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING VARIOUS FUND TRANSFERS.

WHEREAS, various Capital Improvement Projects relating to Block Grant Pavings
• are now completed and balances in the various project funds are being transferred in
order to close out or adjust the projects.
c NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following transfers be made:

CA Transfer from Fund Transfer to Fund Amount
410 FY 1989 Block Grant Paving 554 Community Development Block Grant $ 50.00
This corrects a receipt that should have been
transferred in January 1989 that was overlooked
at that time. This transfer will close out Fund 410.
411 Block Grant Paving 466 FY 1986 Block Grant Paving $ 14,799.31
The work in Fund 466 is completed and excess funding
in Fund 411 is being transferred in order to close
out Fund 466.
411 Block Grant Paving 478 FY 1987 Block Grant Paving $ 7,750.55
The work in Fund 478 is completed and excess funding
in Fund 411 is being transferred in order to close
out Fund 478.
411 Block Grant Paving 554 Community Development Block Grant $ 5,392.27
The work in Fund 411 is completed and the excess funding
is being transferred to Fund 554 in order to close
out Fund 411.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk/Auditor be instructed to certify a
copy of this Resolution to the City Treasurer of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order
that said transfers be made.
