s rr PROPERTY GENERALLY LYING NORTH OF RAINBOW DRIVE TO THE
o H IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AS APRIL 17 , 1989 , AT
7 : 00 P.M. IN CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WATERLOO, IOWA
AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
W AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 17th day of April, 1989 , for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to convey a portion of
property generally lying north of Rainbow Drive owned by the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, to the Iowa Department of Transportation, and
legally described as follows :
Lot Nos. 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 and 6 except that part lying Southerly of
a line running from the most Easterly corner of Lot No. 6
Westerly to a point on the Northwesterly line of Lot No. 3
which is 30 feet Northeasterly of the most westerly corner of
Lot No. 3 ; Lot No. 24 ; Lot No. 25 except the Southeasterly 50
feet; and Lots Nos. 59 and 67 all in "California Subdivision:
Section A" , Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April, 1989 .
