PUBLIC HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the proposed Operating Budget Revision #1 for the
fiscal year 1989 for Project Ridgeway Towers Apartments of 225 W.
Ridgeway Avenue, owned and operated by the Waterloo Housing
Authority has been presented to and reviewed by the Board of
Commissioners , and
WHEREAS, it is hereby determined that the proposed
expenditures are necessary in the efficient and economical
operations of these housing projects for the purpose of serving
low-income families; that the financial plan is reasonable in
that:
( 1 ) It indicates a source of funding adequate to cover all
proposed expenditures; and
( 2 ) It does not provide for Federal funding in excess of
that payable under the provisions of these regulations ;
and
( 3 ) All proposed rental charges and expenditures will be
consistent with provisions of law and the Annual
Contributions Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Operating Budget
Revision #1 for the fiscal year 1989 for Project Ridgeway Towers
Apartments, 225 W. Ridgeway as proposed to the Board of
Commissioners , be approved, adopted and submitted to the
Department of Housing and Urban Development of concurrence.
