WHEREAS, Verdie ' s Cafe has proposed that the Council of the
,� City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a request for temporary placement
m of signs on City right-of-way on the 1900 block of Washington
w Street.

4 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Verdie ' s Cafe for temporary
placement of signs on City right-of-way on the 1900 block of
Washington Street in conjunction with Relocated U.S. Highway 218
Project, IX-218-7 ( 80 ) --3P-07 , be and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hold harmless agreement
executed by Verdie ' s Cafe be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of April, 1989 .
