RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES
WITH JONES APPRAISAL SERVICE AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contracts for Appraisal Services dated April 10 , 1989 ,
for Sixth Street Extension, IX-6604 ( 2 ) --79-07 , by and between
Jones Appraisal Service of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of April, 1989 .
