RESOLUTION INSTRUCTING THE CLERK/AUDITOR TO PUBLISH
NOTICE OF SIGNIFICANT INDUSTRIAL POLLUTION
NON-COMPLIANCE IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, DURING CALENDAR
YEAR 1988 IN THE WATERLOO COURIER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Clerk/Auditor be and the same is hereby instructed
to publish notice of a listing of all industrial users that are in
significant non-compliance with either categorical pretreatment
standards, compliance schedules , the general pretreatment.
regulations ( 40 C.F.R. 404 ) , or local ordinances during calendar
year 1988 .
` PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of April, 1989 .
