AVENUE AS APRIL 17 , 1989, AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN CITY HALL

CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 17th day of April, 1989, for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to sell and convey
property generally located on the east side of Ansborough Avenue
between Upton Avenue and Stratford Avenue owned by the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, to Donald J. Herbsleb, and legally described as
follows:
All of Lot Nos . Six ( 6 ) , Seven ( 7) , and Eight ( 8) , in the
First Addition of Galloway in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, except the West Thirty-five ( 35 ) feet
thereof, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
Containing approximately 8, 101 . 65 square feet;
for $13 , 500 . 00, plus costs .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of April, 1989 .
