RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONSI FORM
n ? n OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , FOR FY 1989
n - f COMMERCIAL, JEFFERSON, WEST SEVENTH STREETS
'. r; RECONSTRUCTION, CONTRACT NO. 350 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
' proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1989
Commercial, Jefferson, West Seventh Streets Reconstruction, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 350 , and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications , form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1989
Commercial, Jefferson, West Seventh Streets Reconstruction, known
as Contract No. 350, which were preliminarily approved on March
27 , 1989 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 17,
1989, and no objections were made,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the FY 1989 Commercial, Jefferson,
West Seventh Streets Reconstruction, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, known as Contract No. 350, be, and the same are hereby,
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 1989 .
