RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AND BOND OF CEDAR
VALLEY CORPORATION OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE CLEVELAND
STREET, 6627 ( 3 ) --79-07 IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
BEING CONTRACT NO. 364.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Cedar Valley Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa,
for the Cleveland Street, 6627( 3 ) --79-07 , Contract No. 364 , in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 17th day of
April, 1989, together with the accompanying bond for the faithful
performance of said contract signed by the American Home Assurance
Company of New York, New York, as surety thereon, be, and the same
are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 1989 .
