H H 0 RESOLUTION APPROVING MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENTS FOR

PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3146 KIMBALL AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF
o < n WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, Kearns-Huisman-Schumacher Funeral Chapel has
proposed that the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa approve
minor site plan amendments for Kearns-Huisman-Schumacher located
at 3146 Kimball Avenue, to increase the number of parking spaces
within the existing site from 32 to 49 spaces and for an
additional curb cut onto the Kimball Avenue access road, and
legally described as follows :

WHEREAS, a public hearing was waived by the City Council due
to the insignificance of the nature of said mentioned minor site
plan amendments; and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said minor
site plan amendments should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the minor site plan amendments for
Kearns-Huisman-Schumacher Funeral Chapel, to increase the number
of parking spaces within the existing site from 32 to 49 spaces
and for an additional curb cut onto the Kimball Avenue access
road, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 1989 .
