' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
r'AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 8th day of May, 1989, for the purpose of
considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate a portion of
a platted utility easement and legally described as follows:
That part of Lot 2 , Southbrooke, Second Addition, Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa described as follows: Commencing at
the Northeast corner of said Lot 2 ; thence S 00°28 ' 49" E
along the East line of said Lot 2 a distance of 15 feet;
thence S 89°31 ' 11" W a distance of 5 feet to the point of
beginning; thence S 89°31 ' 11" W a distance of 10 feet; thence
N 00°28 ' 49" W a distance of 6 . 18 feet; thence N 89°31 ' 11" E a
distance of 10 feet; thence S 00°28 ' 49" E a distance of 6 . 18
feet to the point of beginning, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 1989 .
