:i C) CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo on the
proposal that a carpet and furniture cleaning business office
located at 1321 West Fourth Street be approved as a permitted use
in an "R-4" Multiple Family Residence District, legally described
as follows:
Lot 2, Block 1 , Coles Addition, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
