STREETS, AS MAY 8 , 1989 , AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL
ct, CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH
' s ` NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 8th day of May, 1989, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon an application of Greg
Bagsby to rezone from "R-2" One and Two Family Residence District
to "C-Z" Conditional Zoning District property located at 211 Linn
Street on the northwest corner of Sumner and Linn Streets and
legally described as follows:
Lot 8 in Block 2 of Hammond and Hopkins Addition, Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 1989 .
