RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT NO. 89-F-008 WITH THE
IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Agreement No. 89-F-008 dated April 17 , 1989 , for
reimbursement of eligible construction costs in conjunction with
Greenhill/Ansborough Bikeway Connection, IX-6585 ( 9 ) --79-07 , by and
— between the Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 1989 .
