'-1• ‹'J trt EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Agreement No. 89-F-009 dated April 17, 1989, for
reimbursement for construction and implementation of a closed-loop
Grid Traffic Control System in conjunction with East CBD Traffic
Signal Subsystem "M" , IX-5453 ( 3 ) --79-07, by and between the Iowa
Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 1989 .
