s d LOCKEY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Appraisal Contract dated April 24, 1989, for Greenhill
m Road/Sager Avenue, IX-6560( 2 ) --79-07 , by and between Michael
Lockey of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
„— the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
O r the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of April, 1989 .
