that the contract of Cedar Valley Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa,
1 for the FY 1989 Street Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 357 in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 24th day
of April, 1989 , together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by the American Home
' Assurance Company of New York, New York, as surety thereon, be,
and the same are hereby approved.
