c that the contract of Fred Carlson Co. , Inc. of Decorah, Iowa, for
c the Ansborough Avenue, IX-6615 ( 7 ) --79-07 in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor
r
and the City Clerk as of the 24th day of April, 1989, together
with the accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said
contract signed by the Seaboard Surety Company of Bedminster, New
Jersey, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of April, 1989 .
