n, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
. _ IOWA, that the City Planner be and the same hereby authorized to
!- sign future engineering services contracts for "On Call" or
a "Emergency Basis" without prior City Council approval with any and
,all consulting engineering firms in an amount not to exceed
H $20, 000. 00 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 1988-72 is hereby
repealed in its entirety.
