WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
_ meet meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo for the
purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to extend the
moratorium on development along U.S. Highway 218 from May 7, 1989
to August 7 , 1989 .
c t' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
