< RESOLUTION GRANTING APPLICATION OF CEDAR VALLEY
O H • CORPORATION FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE
NO. 3094.
• WHEREAS, Cedar Valley Corporation is performing work within
the city limits of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction
Q.) with F.Y. 1989 Street Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 357;
0) and
- WHEREAS, said company' s operations exceed the limits of the
Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094; and
WHEREAS, said company has made formal application for a
variance to conduct sawing operations as required in conjunction
with the paving of the above project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Cedar Valley
Corporation for a variance to Ordinance No, 3094, Noise
Ordinance, be and the same is hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May, 1989.
