BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May, 1989.
