(1) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated May 1, 1989, for the construction and
maintenance of drain tile system on Iowa Northern Railway Company
right-of-way in conjunction with F.Y. 1989 Commercial, Jefferson,
West Seventh Streets, Contract No. 350, by and between Iowa
Northern Railway Company and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May, 1989.
