- " -- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
c) IOWA, that the Engineering Services Contract dated May 1, 1989,
,_ for design of the outlet structure through the flood control dike
a: near the southwest corner of the AGREMP site for F.Y. 1989
Cloverdale Acres Area Stormwater Outlet Structure, Contract No.
379, by and between Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc.
of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May, 1989.
