that the Engineering Services Contract dated May 1, 1989, for

Petrides-Donohue Co. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
c.) Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May, 1989.
