RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF STEAMBOAT GARDENS, INC.

WHEREAS, Steamboat Gardens , Inc. has proposed that the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a request for
7' temporary placement of signs on City right-of-way on Fletcher and
University, University and Knoll, University and Ansborough,
Ansborough and Falls, Bismark and Cleveland and Knoll and Bismark.
NOW, ITHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IIOWA, that the request of Steamboat Gardens, Inc. for
temporary placement of signs on City right-of-way on Fletcher and
University, University and Knoll, University and Ansborough,
Ansborough and Falls, Bismark and Cleveland and Knoll and Bismark
in conjunction with Cleveland Street, IX-6615 ( 7) --79-07 , Contract
No. 364 , be and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hold harmless agreement
executed by Steamboat Gardens, Inc. be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of May, 1989 .
