WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
c Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 22nd day of May, 1989 , for the
purpose of considering and acting upon the request of Baroid
Industries of Houston, Texas, for a waiver of the building
moratorium on Relocated 218 highway corridor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
