RESOLUTION APPROVING LOAN DOCUMENTS WITH
CRYSTAL DISTRIBUTION, INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID DOCUMENTS BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the loan documents dated February 1, 2010, in the amount of
$2,200,000.00, for construction of an addition to the cold storage
facility, by and between Crystal Distribution, Inc. of Waterloo,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this ist day of February, 2010.
