EH -'1,, RESOLUTION GRANTING APPLICATION OF NORTH EAST IOWA

^' :� REGION, SCCA, FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE ORDINANCE
NO. 3094 .
WHEREAS, North East Iowa Region, SCCA, will be holding an
auto-cross race in conjunction with My Waterloo Days on June 4 ,
1989; and
WHEREAS, said organization' s auto-cross race will exceed the
limits of the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094 ; and
WHEREAS, said organization has made formal application for a
variance to conduct an auto-cross race in conjunction with My
Waterloo Days on June 4 , 1989 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of North East Iowa
Region, SCCA, for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise
Ordinance, be and the same is hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 1989 .
