IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE cn r H c.) H 0 OF HEARING. n � WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 22nd day of May, 1989 , for the purpose of considering a site plan amendment for a 90 . 5 ' x 52 ' addition to the south side of the Crossroads Theater Building generally located on the north side of Crossroads Boulevard at the south end of the Crossroads Boulevard "Loop" . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
