RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENT WITH BLACK HAWK
'T 6 n COUNTY FOR RELOCATED PARK ENTRANCE TO GEORGE WYTH PARK
-' AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreement dated May 15, 1989, for the relocated park
-,, entrance to George Wyth Park, by and between Black Hawk County,
Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
c . approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 1989 .
