M BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,follows:
u Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 : 00 P.M. , on the 22nd day of May, 1989, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon the Amendment of the
current budget for the City of Waterloo for the fiscal year ending
June 30, 1989 by changing estimates of revenue and expenditure
appropriations .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 1989.
