WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer to prepare proposed plat
r.;and schedule of assessment for the FY 1990 Oiling Program,
< Contract No. 361 , in said City, and
.) WHEREAS, said Engineer has completed the preparation of said
proposed plat and schedule of assessment so far as the same relate
to the FY 1990 Oiling Program, Contract No. 361 , and has placed
the same on file with the City Clerk of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and after examination and due consideration thereof by this
Council, the same appear to be in compliance with the order of
this Council and suitable for the purpose intended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That said proposed plat and schedule of
assessment for the FY 1990 Oiling Program, Contract No. 361 , be
and the same are hereby approved and ordered placed on file for
public examination.
Section 2 . That the 5th day of June, 1989, at 7 : 00 P.M. in
the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, is fixed as the time and place for hearing on said proposed
plat and schedule of assessment.
Section 3 . That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby,
authorized and instructed to publish the necessary notice as
required by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 1989 .
