RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDED SITE PLAN FOR
iOCJC CROSSROADS THEATER FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE
0 a, NORTH SIDE OF CROSSROADS BOULEVARD AT THE SOUTH END OF
(1) THE CROSSROADS BOULEVARD "LOOP" .
' WHEREAS, Crossroads Theater has proposed that the Council of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve an amended site plan for
c- property generally located on the north side of Crossroads

Boulevard at the south end of the Crossroads Boulevard "loop" , and

r (-- WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 22 , 1989, at 7 : 00
p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as provided by
law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on the proposal
to approve said above mentioned amended site plan, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said amended
site plan should be approved as proposed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the amended site plan for Crossroads
Theater, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of May, 1989, and approved
by the Mayor this 24th day of May, 1989.
