that the Indemnity Agreement dated May 22 , 1989, for use of City
c, right-of-way for automatic sprinkler system to serve the island of

Charlotte F. Weidner of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
