WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
°0 meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 12th day of June, 1989 , for
the purpose of considering and acting upon the request of J.E.
Millett Company, 400 Ansborough Avenue, for a waiver of the
building moratorium on Relocated U.S. 218 Corridor to construct
improvements to existing facility located on the west side of
Ansborough Avenue and south side of Maynard Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
