WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 26th day of June, 1989, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
Larry C. Wolff to rezone from "R-3" Multiple Family Residence
District to "C-2" Commercial District/"C-Z" Conditional Zoning
District a parcel of land generally located along the east side of
Ansborough Avenue on the southeast corner of Ansborough and
Downing Avenues and legally described as follows:
All oaf Lot 8, except the south 50 feet and the west 66 feet
of Lot, 7 of Auditor ' s Plat of Part of Meadowdale, Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June, 1989.
