RESOLUTION NO. 1989-260
RESOLUTION APPROVING PETITION FOR SUSPENSION OF TAXES
H ASSESSED AGAINST 302 LOCUST STREET, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, Helen Boyle is titleholder of
property at 02 Locust
Street and legally described as Whitney and S dgewi ks3Addition,
Waterloo, Lot 5, Block 2 , City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
«o Iowa; and
WHEREAS, Helen Boyle Y petitions the City Council of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa to suspend the collection of taxes assessed
against her for reasons of inability to contribute to the public
revenue; and
WHEREAS, Section 427, Code of Iowa authorizes the suspension
of taxes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that current years delinquencies, as
authorized in Section 427, Code of Iowa, be and the same hereby
suspended.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Deputy Clerk/Auditor be
instructed to transmit a copy of said Resolution to the Black Hawk
County Board of Supervisors.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June, 1989.
