0 O ""`t OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , FOR FY 1989 ASPHALT
El OVERLAY PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 360 .

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
o heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
Q, proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1989
0- Asphalt Overlay Program, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as
Contract No. 360, and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications , form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1989 Asphalt
Overlay Program, known as Contract No. 360 , which were
preliminarily approved on May 22 , 1989 , and
�1 + WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 12 ,
1989, and no objections were made,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the FY 1989 Asphalt Overlay
Program, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 360,
be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
