cc' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Appraisal Contract dated June 12 , 1989 , in conjunction
c with Relocated U.S. 218 Project (Virgil Wallace Property located
at Mitchell Avenue and I-380 ) , by and between Keith Jones of Cedar
Falls, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of June, 1989.
