C) or- "A-89 ( I ) " WITH WATERLOO ASBESTOS SERVICES AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Asbestos Inspection Contract "A-89 ( I ) " dated June 12 ,
1989 , in conjunction with Sixth Street Extension, by and between
Waterloo Asbestos Services of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
; authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of June, 1989 .
