H H• tri 0 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CERTIFICATION OF UNPAID
O 0 - GARBAGE AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL FEES IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.

• WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 384 . 84 ( 1 ) allows municipalities to
certify unpaid garbage and sewage disposal fees to the benefitted
a property as a lien.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
m THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Clerk/Auditor be and the same
hereby instructed to certify to the Black Hawk County Treasurer
all unpaid garbage and sewage disposal fees as contained in the
following print-outs :
ACCBR002 (dated 4/3/89 ) -- Active Accounts
H ACCBR001 (dated 4/3/89) -- Final Acccounts
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of June, 1989 .
