RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SALE AND REMOVAL OF VARIOUS
RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES AS JUNE 19 , 1989 AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN
CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WATERLOO, IOWA, AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF
HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 19th day of June, 1989, for the purpose
of considering and acting upon the sale and removal of the
following described residential structures :
Two ( 2 ) bedroom, ranch style house with attached single
garage located at 4040 Sager Avenue, legally described as
follows :
Lot W-47 , Cedarloo Park, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
Three ( 3 ) bedroom, ranch style house located at 4030 Sager
Avenue, legally described as follows:
Lot W-46 , Cedarloo Park, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
Detached double garage located at 4030 Sager Avenue, legally
described as follows:
Lot W-46 , Cedarloo Park, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
Three ( 3 ) bedroom, ranch style house with attached single
garage located at 4022 Sager Avenue, legally described as
follows:
Lot W-45 , Cedarloo Park, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
Three ( 3 ) bedroom, split foyer house with attached double
garage located at 4012 Sager Avenue, legally described as
follows:
Lot W-44 , Cedarloo Park, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
Two ( 2 ) bedroom, ranch style house located at 4004 Sager
Avenue, legally described as follows:
Lot W-43 , Cedarloo Park, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
Detached double garage located at 4004 Sager Avenue, legally
described as follows :
Lot W-43 , Cedarloo Park, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
Four ( 4) bedroom, split foyer house located at 3950 Sager
Avenue, legally described as follows:
Lot W-42 , Cedarloo Park, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
