`-' E-, 71c PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 3rd day of July, 1989, for the
purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the
FY 1989 Water Pollution Control Plant Improvements-Phase I ,
in the City of Waterloo and the taking of construction bids
therefore, Contract No. 372 .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
