RESOLUTION APPROVING THE NON-BARGAINING COMPENSATION
c s' Err CLASSIFICATION STUDY PREPARED BY WATERS CONSULTING OF

WHEREAS, on November 28 , 1988 , the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, authorized a salary and classification study of
City employees not represented by a collective bargaining unit to
be prepared by Waters Consulting of Dallas, Texas; and
WHEREAS, Waters Consulting has completed the non-bargaining
compensation classification study and has made recommendations on
a new salary system and administrative guidelines.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the implementation of the new salary system
for FY 1990 and the administrative guidelines developed by Waters
Consulting of Dallas, Texas , be and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 1989 .
