`: SOUTHEASTERLY APPROXIMATELY 10 FEET FROM ITS CURRENT
O < >-1 .0 LOCATION IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE RELOCATED U.S. HIGHWAY
218 PROJECT.

`` F' < WHEREAS, the Iowa Department of Transportation has purchased
ten ( 10 ) feet of street right-of-way in conjunction with U.S.
Highway 218 project lying adjacent to 108-120 Jefferson Street;
and
WHEREAS, a sign post is located within said right-of-way for
identification purposes for Howard Tournier, 108-120 Jefferson
Street; and
WHEREAS, Howard Tournier has proposed that the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a request to move back ten ( 10 )
feet the sign located at 108-120 Jefferson Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Howard Tournier to move the
sign located at 108-120 Jefferson Street southeasterly
approximately 10 feet from its current location in conjunction
with Relocated U.S. Highway 218 Project, be and the same is hereby
approved.
- PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 1989 .
