H Htr - RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF COVENANT MEDICAL CENTER

FOR TEMPORARY PLACEMENT OF SIGNS ON CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY TO
DIRECT TRAFFIC FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES FROM THE WEST
a fir; NINTH STREET SITE TO THE KIMBALL AVENUE SITE.
WHEREAS, Covenant Medical Center has proposed that the
M Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a request for
temporary placement of signs on City right-of-way to direct
traffic for emergency services from the West Ninth Street site to
the Kimball Avenue site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Covenant Medical Center for
temporary placement of signs on City right-of-way at the following
locations :
7 Park Lane going West at Kimball on the Northeast corner of
intersection;
H ' Covenant main entrance on St. Francis Drive East side of St.
Francis Drive, directly across from entrance sign;

H Emergency entrance of St. Francis Drive East side of St.

Francis Drive, south of emergency entrance;

St. Francis Drive going west at West 9th northeast corner of
intersection;
Ridgeway going east at Family Circle DX south side of
Ridgeway;
be and the same is hereby approved, which said locations are in
addition to those described in Resolution No. 1989-241 adopted on
May 22 , 1989.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 1989 .
