WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the llth day of July, 1989, for the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of Merlin Biretz to rezone from "R-2" One and Two Family Residence District to "C-2" Commercial District/"C-Z" Conditional Zoning and from "C-2" Commercial District to "C-2"/"C-Z" Conditional Zoning, a parcel of land generally located at the northeasterly corner of Stephen Avenue and Falls Avenue and legally described as follows: hjHansen-Noble Addition, Waterloo, Part of Lots 43 and 44, ,, H C; commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 44 , thence south n r along the east line a distance of 136 . 4 feet, thence west Eit= 11. 3 feet, thence northwesterly 158 . 4 feet to a point on the C north line, which is 93 . 5 feet west of the northeast corner, e thence east along the north line 93 . 5 feet to point of m beginning, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
