WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 : 00 p.m. on the llth day of July, 1989, for the
purpose of considering a site plan amendment request of Ted
Winninger for property generally located on the south half of the
block bounded by Ansborough, Downing, Dundee and University
Avenues to allow the west portion of said south half of block to
be commercially developed and the east portion of said south half
of block to be developed for residential use, subject to access
from Downing Avenue by way of alley.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier. a ;`-,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 1989 .
